Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the delivered gifts products for any reason and wish to exchange or return the items. Please go through the following policy:

Replacement / Returns

  • There won’t be replacements/returns available on perishable and customized products i.e. cakes, flowers, other edible items and custom made - mugs, cushions, wallet etc.
  • In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or defective products, you can request for a replacement or returns which will be done within 72 hours for inside Kathmandu valley.
  • For Outside Valley, you can inform us within 15 days of the delivered date.
  • Customers are liable to pay for their return shipping fees.
  • If the goods were damaged or defective in the transit or missing during the shipment, the customer need report it within 7 days of received date for replacement, exchange or refunds.
  • To be eligible for exchange and returns, the products must be returned in its original condition. If it has been damaged, mishandled or tampered, the products will not be subjected for any kinds of replacement or returns.
  • We don’t accept any replacements or returns after 14 days of the delivered date.

Order Cancellation

  • Any order with personalized/customized products or perishable products including cakes, flowers and other edible items along with custom made - mugs, cushions, wallet etc. won’t be cancelled once it is processed. 
  • Your order with other standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. 
  • So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.

For cancelling your order, you need to send us an email on info@thamel.com with the order id from the same email address which you have placed that order. 

For Partial order Cancellation:

We don’t allow partial cancellations of the order on perishable items. But, if your order is not dispatched, you can fully cancel your order. If your order is already dispatched, then you cannot cancel the order.

Refunds: 

The order cancellation will be initiated instantly after you have notified our customer care department but it might takes 4-5 working days for the refunded amount to show up in your bank account statement.
